Clubs and Societies Department

The school has the following club and societies:

WILDLIFE-They engage in activities such as rearing rabbits, chicken and cultivation of kales. The club has also registered its members with the KWS (Kenya Wildlife Service).

SCIENCE-The aim of the club is to help learners develop a positive attitude towards the 3 sciences i.e. Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The members also participate in the science and engineering fair by coming up with various science projects.

ST JOHN’S AMBULANCE-The members engage in activities such as offering first aid services and they work hand in hand with the scouts.

DOMESTIC CLUB-They engage in activities such as cooking various foods including baking. The patrons share different recipes with the members. Apart from cooking, they also do tailoring including embroidery and make/design door mats.

GIRL POWER-In this club, the girls learn about their hygiene and tackle topics like self-awareness, self-confidence and how to approach life in general as a girl. The patrons try to enlighten the girls since they are more vulnerable than the boys and they face different challenges in life.

LITURGY-The members mostly engage in spiritual activities such as retreats, recollections, YCS (Young Catholic Students) rallies and they participate in school masses by singing in the school choir. 

SCOUTS-The members engage in activities like raising the flag during the school assembly days on Fridays and they also attend the scout’s Founder’s Day annually. The also attend scouts’ camps.

DRAMA AND MUSIC-The members participate in the drama festivals in first term and the music festivals in second term. They also entertain visitors (entertainment) whenever they visit by performing items like poems, songs, dances, public speaking among others

ART-The members engage in beadwork, drawing and decorating or artwork on bottles. What matters is creativity/innovation in this club.
