Accessing the Application Form

The first step for any prospective student interested in applying for a scholarship is to obtain the official application form. These forms are made available at the school’s admissions office during working hours throughout the designated application period. Alternatively, applicants may download a digital version of the form directly from the school’s official website during the application period. It is important to ensure that the application is accessed and completed within the timeline provided to avoid disqualification due to late submission.

Submission of Academic Records

Applicants are required to attach copies of their most recent academic transcripts or official examination results as well as death certificate of deceased parents as part of the application package. These documents are crucial in helping the selection panel assess the student’s academic performance, consistency, and potential for growth. A strong academic background often improves the applicant’s chances of being shortlisted for the next stage of the process, although other factors are also considered.

Provision of Financial Background Information

Since our scholarship program primarily targets orphans from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, all applicants must provide detailed information about their financial situation. This includes but is not limited to income statements, employment details of guardians, and any other supporting documentation that accurately reflects the family’s financial standing. The aim is to ensure that scholarships are awarded to students who genuinely require financial assistance to continue their education.

Interview and/or Entrance Examination

Once the applications are reviewed, shortlisted candidates will be contacted to attend an in-person interview and, in some cases, take an entrance examination. These evaluations help the scholarship committee gain deeper insight into the applicant’s character, communication skills, motivations, and overall fit for the scholarship program. The entrance exam, where applicable, is designed to assess the student’s academic level and readiness to handle the school’s curriculum.
