As assigned by the school principal, the deputy principal (DP) is responsible for maintaining our mission and values, which are deeply ingrained in our Catholic character. The DP ensures that the needs of all students are met while exemplifying these core values in every aspect of school life as it was well put by Ray Kroc that the quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves. Philosophically, the greatest way to lead is by example. The office of DP actively engages with students at all levels, emphasizing adherence to our core principles. By collaborating with class teachers and the school counselor, they address behaviors that do not align with our school's expectations, ensuring interventions reflect our values. This engagement fosters an environment where human dignity and social justice thrive, providing every student a fair opportunity to flourish.
